All girls and boys interested in running cross country next fall should plan to attend a meeting on Wednesday, May 19th at 3:15 at the track. If you are not able to come, contact Coach Gardner in room 330 or Coach Sweney in room 543.

The tennis season came to an end as #2 Liberty North swept the doubles and took two early singles matches to clinch the match.  Our #1 thru 4 singles guys all had a great chance to win so although this goes in the book as a 5-0 loss, it felt more like a 5-4 match.  I’m so proud of this group that returned only one player that had any varsity experience and turned that into an 11-5 season.  Over the course of the season, we beat LSW, BSS and Park Hill South in dual matches, and also won the Suburban Northland tournament for the first time since 2016.  We lose #2 Zach Compton, a senior, to graduation but will return 7 of our top 8 players next year.

Next up: Tommy Matthys competes at the State Tournament on May 20 & 21 in Springfield, MO.

Calling all staff and students who participated in Sophie’s Run this past weekend! Wear your t-shirt on Wednesday to show your support and meet at the Trojan after school for a group picture in our gear!
