Grades 9,10,11 Drop Off

Park Hill High School will provide an organized and safe plan for students to drop off school specific items (textbooks, library books, calculators, laptops, etc.) while ensuring students collect any personal belongings currently in the school building.  In order to keep our process safe while adhering to current CDC guidelines of safe distancing, all students/parents will remain in their vehicles as we complete this process.

Freshman, Sophomore and Junior drop off/pick up will take place on Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29 (8:00-3:00 pm).   Students must sign up for a scheduled time using the Sign Up Genius application.  It is imperative that parents/students adhere to their selected times to ensure safety of all involved while ensuring efficiency of the process also.  All items returned to the school must be sealed in a plastic bag or trash bag.  Please fill out the check list (HERE)and have placed inside the bag with returned items.  School personnel will place a student label on the outside of the bag once items have been collected.

Students/parents will drop off school items at the Park Hill High School - lower gym entrance.  Students/parents will pull up the curb and school personnel will assist their needs by taking current school items ready for drop off.  Please put a sign in the front window (passenger side) of car identifying the student’s first and last name. Please use the entrance off Barry Road to enter the parking lot directly between PHHS and the district office. 

Proceed to the lower gym entrance curb where we will assist you.  If a student has personal items to pick up from inside the school, they will be directed to the front entrance of building and someone will bring out their items.
