WHAT HAPPENS  AT REGISTRATION?
All families of returning students are required to complete online verification and residency to verify their students' demographic, health, emergency contact and residency information for the 2018-19 school year. If returning families do not complete this process before registration, they will need to do it then. All details of the Online Verification and Residency process are available on the district websitewww.parkhill.k12.mo.us.
At registration students will receive a copy of their class schedule, a current transcript, and other important information. Immunizations  will be verified by our school nurse. Students may not attend school if shots are not current.
Each student will receive a laptop at registration for school and home use. Be sure to complete the online laptop/technology forms included with the verification/residency  process so  your student can receive a laptop.
Fees & fines may be paid at registration by cash or check payable to PHHS. You will receive a receipt. Fines carry over from the previous year, and also carry over from middle school.
o Students will be assigned a locker and locker combination. All students share a locker with one other student. Students who
did not pre-select a locker partner last spring should decide on a locker partner of their same grade and gender before registration.
All students are required to have a free ID photo taken at registration. Please dress appropriately.
Free yearbook photos will be taken by Reed Portrait Group, however, various picture packets may be purchased. Check the pricing information  sheet enclosed and make checks for photos payable to Reed Portrait Group or RPG.
If a student is not able to attend registration at their assigned date and time, a parent or guardian may pick up schedules and pay fees for their student during their registration time or during the make-up session. Do not come to registration on a date other than your specified date and time. Your materials will not be  available.


WHO CAN DRIVE TO SCHOOL?
Seniors and  juniors may purchase a parking sticker at registration for $30. On a date to be announced later, drivers must provide a driver's  license, vehicle registration and insurance card. You will not need to bring these items to registration. Prior to a parking sticker being placed on the vehicle, the student must take a brief safety quiz that will be available on the PHHS website after registration. Parking stickers will be attached  to the vehicle by a  staff member after the student driver has met all
requirements.

 
HOW MUCH WILL REGISTRATION COST?


You can purchase any of following 'optional' items at registration, or anytime during the school year. We will be accepting payments through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal for purchases of Student Activity Passes and Yearbooks . You can also pay with cash or check (made payable to PHHS)  at any time.


$25 Activity Pass: Admits students to every home sporting event throughout the year, instead of a per-game admission. Must be purchased by August 15, 2018 so IDs can be printed for the first week of  school
$30 Parking Pass: Available to eligible seniors and juniors only. All fines must be cleared to obtain a parking pass. Parking Passes can only be purchased in person and cannot be purchased on line.
$65 Yearbook Fee: This payment reserves a 2018-19 Troyian yearbook which will be delivered at school next May 2019. The Yearbook  will need to be purchased by December 21, 2018 as the price will increase after that date.


Paying  Fees Online
District students and parents can now pay some fees online, through the Infinite Campus Portal, with check or credit card.


Simply log on to the Portal and select the Fees tab . Any assessed fees will appear here. To pay fees or add optional fees, click Make a Payment.
