Cross Country

All students may participate. The training regimen will involve various techniques in the areas of stretching, running, weight lifting, diet and mental preparation. The training regimen may be designed on an individual basis to best meet the needs of each athlete. Cross Country is good conditioning for other sports also. Practices begin in August and continue after school until the end of the season.
