Track & Field is a Team Sport with an individual component and is open to all students of varying abilities. There are no tryouts or reduction in numbers. Track athletes will have the opportunity to compete in 18 different events.
Our season schedule is set up so that each ability and grade level has an opportunity to participate in several meets early in the track season. The primary focus is to give all students the opportunity to challenge for a varsity position, achieve individual success while competing for your team and to create outstanding young men and women. Participation in off-season conditioning starting in the summer is highly encouraged.
Practice begins at the end of February or beginning of March. Athletes are required to attend practices on a daily basis that typically run from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
All students interested in participating in Park Hill Track 2021 needs to fill out this short form as well as have a complete athletic physical* and impact test*.
