PHHS Graduation 2027


Even though the school year has not yet begun, graduation day will be here before we know it! We are excited to begin planning for the Class of 2027 Graduation and look forward to celebrating this important milestone with you.

Graduation has been scheduled! As the school year progresses and graduation day draws nearer, we will share additional details regarding rehearsal, tickets, attire, and expectations to help ensure a smooth and memorable experience for everyone.

We encourage you to check the Graduation webpage regularly for the most up-to-date information and important announcements throughout the year. Please note that this same information will also be shared in the Class of 2027 section of each Family Newsletter.

We are incredibly proud of our seniors and look forward to honoring their achievements on this special day.

Senior Year Kick-off Information

Senior Cap & Gown Photos for 2027 Graduates
  • Dates: July 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd
  • Time: 8:30am - 2:00pm
  • Location: Room 047, PHHS, 7701 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO 64153
  • Please enter the building through the front doors.
  • A casual photo and 2 cap & gown photos will be taken. 
    • The first picture will be in your regular clothes.  This will be for yearbook and ID.
    • The second photo will be a head and shoulders picture in a graduation gown (no cap).
    • The third photo will be from the waist up in a graduation cap & gown and a diploma. 
    • We will provide a diploma and cap & gown.

  • Proofs will be emailed between 07/31/26 and 08/06/26.  Information on how to order will be included. 

  • Please bring your student ID or driver's license.

  • No sign-up is required—please feel free to stop by at any time during the event that works best for you.

  • If you have questions about buying photos, please visit the Inter-State Studio website at inter-state.com/support or email them at issofkc@inter-state.com.

Senior Registration for Class of 2027
  • Date: August 5th
  • Time: 8:00am - 11:00am
  • Location: PHHS, 7701 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO 64153
  • These are just some of the things you can do at Registration: Pick up your class schedule; Get your picture taken for the yearbook and your school ID; Pay any fees and fines; School lunch information and F/R lunch applications; Verify transportation/bus information; Register for a parking permit; Purchase an Activity Pass; Privit information for athletes and band members; Stuco will be there; Learn about clubs and activities; Purchase Trojan spirit wear from DECA; Yearbook information; See the Nurse for immunization or health questions; A+ Program information; Dual Credit information.

Family and Make-up Day Registration (in case you can't make it on the 5th)
  • Date: August 11th
  • Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm & 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Graduation Announcements and Cap & Gown Information

Graduation Announcements and Cap & Gown Information Session
  • Date: October 12th
  • Time: Homeroom (11:15am-11:50am)
  • Location: PHHS Auditorium
  • Details: Senior class meeting; Jostens will be on hand to discuss how to order and to distribute order packets for announcements and cap & gown.
Graduation Announcements and Cap & Gown Order Day
  • Date: October 23rd & 28th and November 18th
  • Time: Lunch (11:55am-1:45pm)
  • Location: PHHS Cafeteria
  • Details: Turn in your completed order forms to the Jostens Rep during your lunch period; They will have a table setup outside the cafeteria.
Graduation Announcements Delivery Day
  • Date: March 2nd & 9th
  • Time: Lunch (11:55am-1:45pm)
  • Location: PHHS Wrestling Gym
  • Details: Pick-up your Announcements; Jostens will have a table set up in the wrestling gym during lunch (the door to the wrestling gym is inside the cafeteria).
Cap & Gown Delivery Day
  • Date: April 16th & 20th
  • Time: Lunch (11:55am-1:45pm)
  • Location: PHHS Wrestling Gym
  • Details: Pick-up your Cap & Gown; Jostens will have a table set up in the wrestling gym during lunch (the door to the wrestling gym is inside the cafeteria).
