Current students use Xello to request transcripts for college admissions.

To request your official transcript to be sent to your school, please follow these steps:

• To access Xello, visit the Park Hill Portal and select the Xello icon
• From student dashboard, go to College Planning (located in quick links on right hand side of screen)
• In the pink college applications box:
  • Click Create New Application button
  • Type in the name of college you are applying to
  • Click on that college (box turns purple)
  • Click Next button (bottom right corner of screen)
• Application Method:
  • Pick which type of application you used to apply to your school (Common App, Direct Application, or Other)
• Admission Type:
  • If applying to community college, select Rolling Admission
  • If applying to college/university, select Priority Deadline Admission
• Application Deadline:
  • Choose tomorrow's date
    • *It's important for you to know your application deadline for your specific college/university, however for this request, please choose tomorrow's date.  All transcript requests will be sent within one week. 
    • Select Create button
• To track Transcript Requests:
  • Login to Xello
  • Goals and Plans
  • College Planning
  • College Application
  • Click on College of choice
  • Click on Options

To request your ACT test scores to be sent to your school, please follow these steps:

• Login to your MyACT account
• Request your scores to be sent from your dashboard
• If you sign up prior to testing, you can send scores up to four schools for free.
• If you request scores after to testing, there is a $19.00 fee.  

This form is ONLY for scholarships.  It is not to be used for requesting a transcript for college admissions.  Please follow the instructions above for college admissions transcripts.

1. Print off and fill out the transcript request form (PDF).
2. Turn it in to the counseling office.

All former students should request their transcript by filling out this form.

How to Enroll New Park Hill Families

1. Review required student health information.

2. Find your school with the school boundary locator tool.

3. Complete the online enrollment process on or after April 1st.
     a. Please make sure you choose the 2024-2025 enrollment year.

4. After completing the online enrollment form process and we have received all student       records, your new counselor will contact you to schedule your enrollment meeting.

5. During your student’s enrollment meeting, underclassmen will take placement tests. Please allow an additional 90 minutes for the tests. Freshmen will take a math placement test and the NWEA reading test. Sophomores will only take the NWEA reading test.

2. Visit the Parent Portal to enroll your family's new students.
